Insurance Policy:
In the state of New Jersey, medical and dental insurances do not cover treatment for TMJ. To ensure that we can provide the best quality of care to our patients, we are not working with medical or dental insurances at this time. A superbill is generated to help patients submit a claim for reimbursement from medical insurance.
All forms of payment are accepted in office.
